Adopt a Reading Pal

Adopt a plush pal at the library! Puppies are up for adoption and they need plenty of love and care. Sign a pledge to read to your puppy, take your puppy to special library events and record your memories in a special Dog Diary!

Program is free

Plush pals are yours to keep
Stop by the library between the hours of 1:30 and 7:30 and adopt a plush pal. Each participating child will be given a plush dog, a dog collar, an adoption certificate, a reading pledge and a Dog Diary. Pick a name for your reading pal and sign a pledge to care for them and read to them. This is a free program. Enough supplies for 120 participants.
