I was actually just messing around with some old photo editing software last night, trying to see if I could clear up some grainy shots from a concert, when I got totally sidetracked by a thread about how insane neural networks have become. It started with me just looking for a simple background remover, but then I saw people talking about these specialized tools that can basically reconstruct an entire image from scratch just by analyzing the pixels.
